Abstract: 

Objectives: The main theme of the article is to validate the universities and institutions of higher education and the paper aims to identify and validate indicators of ideal teachers in islamic-iranian Universities. Method: The method used to compile the index of documents and the validity of usage is the Delphi method. Results: The results of the study show that the most appropriate training and cultural indicators of an ideal professor in Islamic University of Iran include; belief in God and having an inner humility and flexibility, maintaining the dignity of students, committed and patriotic spirit of friendship. the most important training indicators of ideal teaching in Iranian Islamic University include refinement of the teaching, training leaders and senior professionals, entrepreneurship education to students, academic mastery of subject matter and teaching... the main indicators of qualitative research process of ideal teaching at the Islamic University of Iran include; dedication to software movement, and continue to help achieving sustainable development, advocacy, creativity, innovation and... The major indices and indicators of teaching quality in service and executive index at Iranian Islamic University include political insight and participation in political affairs, Iran's efforts to promote national and international reputation of the University and to participate in social activities in the development and excellence society. Conclusion: The author of the survey conclude Iran's Islamic University ideal teacher is someone with capacity of education and research in the field of excellent education and culture, and also excelled and dedicated to the performance of personal services and a series of ethic in Iranian Islamic culture.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article attempts to predict the type of friendship among university students based on cultural variables and responsibility factor. Method: The cultural values variable (individualism-collectivism) is considered as objective variable, responsibility as a medium variable and the kind of friendship as an inner or subjective variable. The statistical community of the present research included 183 of Shiraz university students selected by cluster sampling method. In order to measure the variables of the research the author has used questionnaires such as Carlo and rundle behavioral questionnaire (2002), mergler, Spenser and peton responsibility questionnaire (2007) and individualism and collectivism scale (2008)…. Results: The results of the article indicate a medium role fore responsibility in relation between individualism and the kind of friendship but there is no medium role between collectivism and the sort of friendship and collectivism just predicts the kind of friendship directly. Conclusion: The author of the research concludes the necessity of planning and education based on Islamic views (individualism including responsibility) due to the rapid growth of technology and its effects on the culture of society.

Abstract: 

Objectives: Cultural Intelligence (CI) is well recognized as individuals’ ability to adapt to new cultures and includes four capabilities; CI strategy, CI knowledge, CI motivation, and CI behavior. The objective of this study is to measure cultural intelligence and investigate likely impacts of demographic characteristics of the context on university students. Method: For this purpose, a sample of 320 students of different faculties from a large Iranian university with student population of approximately 20000, was randomly selected. Cultural intelligence was measured using a questionnaire that was manipulated through factor analysis and focus group discussion to assure its conformity. Appropriate statistical analysis including One-sample T-test, Independent-samples T-test, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis were utilized to analyze research data. Result: The result of our research shows that cultural intelligence of population under study is slightly above average based on a five- point Likert scale. However, no significant differences exist among students of different genders, fields of specialization or levels of study. It was also noticed that there is a significant difference of CI between students living on and off campus. In other words, students using university accommodation have higher CI than those living off campus. Conclusion: It was further noticed that CI motivation of male and female students, CI knowledge of on and off- campus students, as well as CI motivation and knowledge of undergraduate and graduate students, are significantly different. Finally, this study did not recognize students’ field of specialization as a source of significant differences of cultural capabilities among students.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article aims to analyses the content of prayer as a psychological foundation. Method: The method of the survey is content analysis of verses related to prayers in the holly Quran in three phases. the method in classifying the verses into 15 categories is heuristic and inductive Results: The result of the present article summarizes the holly Quran point of view on the life of prayer in six following items. Pure servitude, honesty, [god] fearing, rationality, good deeds, keeping away [from sins]. Conclusion: The prayer form is indicator of the relationship of prayer foundation and the life of prayer in Quran view. In this way the faith is indicated in three aspects: the relation with Allah (servitude), truth (truth-centeredness), and reality (responsibility).

Abstract: 

Objectives: The main theme of the article is to clarify the role of scientific members of universities in developing the student's ideal culture. Method: The method of the present article is descriptive and Delphi method and using Islamic texts to determine the role of effective factors on university students culture. Results: The results of the survey indicate the importance of the role of scientific board as the most outstanding share (90.1%) among effective factors on student ideal culture. Others are as follow: educational quantity (81.6%),educational environment (78.3%), university student factors (69.8%),teaching quality (61.8%).the results of the article also indicate the personality and moral characteristics of teachers as having more important role among related factors to the scientific members of university. Conclusion: The author of the research concludes the necessity of teacher's attempts to introduce the main goals of knowledge acquisition among university students.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present article aims at the importance of Expressing emotion and love between spouses and explaining the view point of holy Quran and Islamic traditions in order to decrease the rate of emotional and law divorce. Method: The method of the research is library and analytical descriptive. Results: The results of the survey indicate that Expressing emotion and love between wife & husband is considered as examples of servitude in the path of almighty Allah. Conclusion: The author of the present research concludes showing emotion and positive feeling in families develops tranquility among spouses both spiritually and physically and deals as an effective factor in preventing the emotional divorce in families. Other advantages are a healthy community and decreasing immoralities in social communications. The talent of expressing love is demonstrated in different verbal and behavioral aspects of men and women family life. In this way considering the differences between two genders is important in developing the talent of feeling& emotional expression in family.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The core aim of this research is to analyze the effective factors on Religious adherence of hormozgan university students. The religious model of the research is Gluck stark models including religious aspects in the following dimensions; doctorial, experimental and rituals. Independent variables of the research are sex, age, entrance academic year, faculty and economic and social bases. Method: 398 of students are selected as simple random and stratified random sampling to study the rate of their Religious adherence. Using Survey and questionnaire tools are other characteristics of this research and data analyze is through statistical methods in two divisions: descriptive statistical and deductive. Results: The results of the survey indicate significant difference in Religious attitude of boys and girls. The results also a significant difference based on the entrance academic year and faculty. In addition, the relation between economic and social bases and Religious adherence indicate a negative relation between student's Religious adherence and their education level or paternal income variables (except job variable).

Abstract: 

Objectives: The objective of the present research is comparing the observance of professional ethics of teaching among the professors of the University of Tehran and Imam Khomeini Institute in Qom, as evidenced by the perception of students. Method: Literature review besides focusing on Islamic approaches especially the views of Shahid Sani, a questionnaire was developed and administered to a sample of 400 students at the University of Tehran and 108 students at Imam Khomeini Institute. Results: The results show a superior abidance by professional ethics on the part of professors at Imam Khomeini institute in comparison to their counterparts at the University of Tehran. Furthermore, no difference was observed between professors teaching at Engineering Colleges and Humanities Colleges at the University of Tehran in terms of professional ethics, nor was there any difference between the views of male and female students at that university. Conclusions: The author of the survey concludes factors such as professors and students at Imam Khomeini Institute being all seminary and clerics, being religiously more devote, in addition to holding ethics and professional ethics courses has contributed to the superiority of this institute in paying due attention to professional ethics.
