Abstract

 Objectives: This survey intends to analyze and prioritize the EFFECTIVE FACTORS in claiming the responsibilities by university STUDENTS.Methods: The method of the paper is descriptive survey and statistical community of the research included all STUDENTS of Qom Islamic Azad University. Standard questionnaire is applied with Cronbach,s Alpha.Results: The results of the paper indicate the following factors as the most EFFECTIVE FACTORS in claiming the responsibilities by university STUDENTS: Teachers trust on the abilities and efforts of STUDENTS, How to deal with the RESPONSIBILITY of teachers and STUDENTS assignments, Amount of RESPONSIBILITY of managers and employees and professors, The hidden curriculum (actions of faculty, staff, etc.), How teachers evaluate STUDENTS, Parents RESPONSIBILITY toward children, Educational equity and non-discrimination and related hospitality professors, STUDENTS participating group tasks, such as community mobilization, etc, Student participation in planning and decision making, Social security felt by STUDENTS.Conclusion: The author of the paper concludes the RESPONSIBILITY claiming of student is an objective output of performance and behavior of cultural Affairs managers and educational administrators, especially university faculties and staff.
