Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this research was an analysis of relationship between LIFE SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITY in STUDENTS at UNIVERSITY of Kashan.Method: Research type was applied research & descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 7132 STUDENTS' UNIVERSITY of Kashan in academic year 2014-2015 that by Cocran Formula and by using stratified randomized sampling, 237 were selected. Data collection tools were LIFE SKILLS questionnaire with 41 items and RESPONSIBILITY questionnaire with 42 items in components in terms of Likert five scales. Questionnaire content validity is confirmed by experts. Through Cronbach, s alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.86 for LIFE SKILLS and 0.91 for RESPONSIBILITY. Data analyses were used in level inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, regression) through Spss software.Results: The Findings of the survey shows that means of LIFE SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITY components are bigger than average. There are positive and significant relationship between LIFE SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITY components. Regression coefficient revealed LIFE SKILLS have predictability factors for RESPONSIBILITY. Also there are not positive and significant differences between LIFE SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITY in STUDENTS in terms of gender & academic degree but the difference is significant based on field of study & iterance years.Conclusion: The author of the research concludes LIFE SKILLS training, enables individual to accept responsibilities for personal and its social role and answer needs, expectations and daily issues effectively.
