Abstract

This is a study related to the identification and PRIORITIZATION of factors affecting ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT in “Public Trading company of Iran” using AHP and TOPSIS methods. First, a literature review of factors affecting ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT revealed twenty four, 24, factors of significance. Second, from this list a set of factors were identified and prioritized using operations research techniques of AHP and TOPSIS. Third, to compare the two prioritized list of factores, “Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient” was used. The results of this study show that there is a high correlation between these two set of prioritized lists of factors.
