Abstract

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between learning organization and ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY among expert staff of the MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS of the Islamic Republic of Iran.165 participant of this study were randomly selected from all expert staff of MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS. The instruments used to collect data were the “Dimension of the Learning Organization Questionnaire”, DLOQ, (Watkins and Marsick, 1998) and A research-made Questionnaire. the validity of Questionnaires was approved by physical education instructors and the reliability was calculated as 0.90 and 0.87 by Chronbach's alpha. Collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential methods such as Spearman correlation coefficient, analysis of variance (Kruskal-Wallis test) and mann- whitney U test. The results of the study showed that participants’ perceptions of their organization as a learning organization was 53% (mean=4.20, SD=0.54) Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between learning organization and ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY (rs=0.462, p<0.01). Moreover, Kruskal-Wallis test showed that there were statistically significant differences in participants’ perceptions of their organization as a agile organization based on their education stand.
