Abstract

Aim: The aim of the present article is to recognize the DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES in MANAGEMENT FACULTIES. The mentioned capabilities are a combination of potentials and talents in an organization with the aim of solving the problems.Method: In order to obtain the mentioned goal in the present article the basis of subject have been deeply studied and analyzed in a qualitative method and data based theory. Library and interview are also referred as other methods.Results: The results of the study show a combination of different resources in faculties lead to fruitful outcomes for the organization.Conclusion: The author of the article concludes the recognized DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES in FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT AND ISLAMIC STUDIES as follow: publishing the general and pedagogical books, short-term educational classes, to establish the consulting institutes on trading issues (with Islamic and jurisprudential approach), to establish the answering site on religious concerns in commerce, educational terms for the members of scientific board and managers, reforming the economic and financial affairs of the country based on Islamic view, to have a monitoring group to observe the management activities of the country, developing the relationship with other Islamic countries, to interfere the programming scopes of the country, to establish a faculty as management studies, to develop spinning off and….
