STABLE SCIENTIFIC SYSTEM: SUGGESTION FOR STABLE RELATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITY, INDUSTRY, GOVERNMENT AND NATION IN ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN

Abstract

 Aim: The present study aims to develop a stable relationship in SCIENTIFIC SYSTEM of the country. SCIENTIFIC SYSTEM is a combination of consistent and coherent factors. It is crucial to analyze the relationship between UNIVERSITY, INDUSTRY and other important factors in this system.Method: The methodology of the research is STABLE SYSTEMS MODEL. The mentioned strategy is based on organizational cybernetic to define the famous bigeminies such as flexibility/control and supervision. concentration/decentralization. Anticipating the future/considering the present situation. Adaptation with environmental needs/interior resources.Results: The result of the research shows that the suggested model is applicable in two reformist and institutional approach.Conclusion: The author of the article concludes that there are weak points in confronting bigeminies in current SCIENTIFIC SYSTEM of the country and in satisfaction /consensus processes in two subsystems of accord and solidarity of stable model systems. The article then suggests a reform in institutional approach (considering five suggested subsystems).
