Abstract

 The present study aims at comparing and contrasting the EQ variables of the CRIMINALS and ORDINARY PEOPLE. 169 of The CRIMINALS and 184 of ORDINARY PEOPLE formed the statistical sample of the study after being randomely selected. Questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data.Analysis of the collected data demonstrated that: there is a significant difference between the Eqs of the CRIMINALS and ORDINARY PEOPLE; ORDINARY PEOPLE ranked higher than the CRIMINALS in EQ variables such as self awareness skills, self control and social skills.
