Abstract

Industrialization is one of the main factors in the global economy and makes a direct relationship with development and freedom from dependency and underdevelopment. In this research, industrial and political barriers in Safavid, Afsharid, Zand, Qajar and Pahlavi periods are studied. Due to several historical periods, a comparative historical and comparative method is implemented. The results obtained from this study showed that internal factor; 1. The presence of authoritarian rule 2. Ambitions and 3. Focus of his courtiers. The internal struggles and lack of security for investment, lack of MERITOCRACY, lack of political consciousness of the people and the rulers during the first Pahlavi (Reza) were obvious.
