Abstract

Academic achievements commercialization, ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP, development of university-industry relations and sustainable financial resources are main preferences of Iranian scientific and technology system. Effective intervention of governance and government in mainstreaming of knowledge and innovation is necessary to problems solving and attend to the main preferences of science and technology system. The law of «supporting KNOWLEDGE-BASED FIRMs and innovations commercialization» is the one of the important and sensitive interventions and based on it, it is effective tool to promote SKILL-training in the national level. In this paper, the most creating capabilities of the law of supporting KNOWLEDGE-BASED FIRMs to strengthen ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP and SKILL- training have investigated and presented by research method of content analysis and comparisons of cognitive and normative models.
