Abstract

 Maintenance of human resources is fundamental mission of any organization. In this regard, participation in organizational decision making is an important component to maintain Qualified staffing. Today, organizations try to create an democratic climate that support of WORKPLACE FREEDOM OF SPEECH. If there is the democratic climate in the organization, then employees feel proud for membership of the organization and Organizational values to be internalized. Hence the statement worthwhile and different ideas and opinions to improve and evolve the organization's responsibility. This study aimed to investigate the role of moderator in the relationship between freedom of expression and dissent corporate identity of the organization that carried out. To achieve this, staff in medical university as population and based on Cochran formula, 386 samples have been determined. STRUCTURAL EQUATION modeling to test hypotheses through Amos software, shows that 76 percent of corporate identity can impact on ORGANIZATIONAL DISSENT. The results of the interaction between freedom of expression and the role of moderator in the relationship between corporate identity and ORGANIZATIONAL DISSENT confirmed.
