Abstract: 

The concept of dream is often indirectly has been used in many branches of organization and management studies. Dreams are not under the controlled, but to some extent are, useable and are the source of individual creativity to improve organizational change. Therefore, this research intends to study the guidance of employees' dream to develop human resources in governmental organizations. The study is an applied research and due to the type of gathering data, is a exploratory. The data which used in this research is a qualitative type and collected through interviews had done with experts and supervisor Tehran University. The statistical sample of the study consisted of experts and supervisory levels of Tehran University faculties (saturation limit). This sample selected by snowball method. To analyze the data, the theme analysis has used and finally, the four main themes of "creating dream, fostering a dream, organizing a dream and a hierarchy of dreams" have identified.

Abstract: 

The lack of futurism of some managers of public and private organizations and their surprise against various events, such as natural disasters, indicates a specific management style that is called reaction management. The use of such a lightness, due to reduced trust of the stakeholders and the reduction of social capital, causes the destruction of the organization's brand and its brand. therefore, the purpose of this research is to achieve a theory on identifying the causes of reaction management in the organization, determining the results and solutions, and also understanding this phenomenon. In organizations and change in behaviors. the research approach is qualitative and the research strategy is based on the data theory of the foundation. To collect the data, the present study The semi-structured interview was conducted and to analyze the data, binomial statistical tests And Friedman were used. A theoretical and purposeful sampling (judgment and snowball) was used to based on this, there were 15 interviews with managers, faculty members and organizational experts They had experience and knowledge about the cause of the response management and its outcomes. According to the findings of the research, it was found that the lack of Strategic thinking, lack of merit, lack of crisis management training, lack of management expertise, managers' daily routine, lack of information systems, and ignoring time are the cause of reaction management of organizations that cause the destruction of the organization's face.

Abstract: 

The Purpose Of This Research Was Designing The Impression Management Model And Presenting Its Evaluation Model Based On The Exploratory Mixed Method And In Two Sections Of Qualitative And Quantitative. In Qualitative Section Used Phenomenological Approach Based On Colaizzi Method And In Quantitative Approach Researchers Used Correlational Method Based On Exploratory And Confirmatory Factor Analysis And Structural Equation Modeling. The Population Of Research Were All Of Staff And Managers Of Culture And Islamic Guidance In Isfahan Province. The Sample In Qualitative Section Was 24 People Based And Maximum Variety And In Quantitative Section Was 238 People Based On Simple Random Sampling The Research Instrument In Qualitative Method Was Unstructured Depth Interview And In Quantitative Was Questionnaire Based On Item Of Qualitative Section. Content And Construct Validity Used In This Research And Reliability Confirmed With Cronbach's Alpha Upper Than 0.7. Data Analysis To Staffs Needs, Individual Factors Related To Moderating Factors, Methods And Tactics And Finally Manages, Organization Factors, Cultural Factors And Consequences Factors. Results In Quantitative Section Shows Than Moderating Factors And Organization Factors Haven’t Significant Effects On Consequences Factors Of Impression Management On The Others Ways, the rest of the factors Have Significant Effects On Methods And Tactics Of Impression Management.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to introduce a new conception of management as "Synnovation". This term was raised against synergy. Synergy implies that the outcome of collective effort is greater than the sum of individual efforts or, in a more literal sense, "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts". On the basis of synnovation, the result of collective innovation or systematic innovation is more than the sum of individual innovations. The concept synnovation emerged from collecting and analyzing textual data and theoretical sampling of the works and text of interviews of management experts and thinkers such as Gary Hamel, Ralph Stacey and Tom Peters and analyzing the data obtained using the Grounded Theory approach. Based on this concept, the innovations of each employee in the context of communication and collective discourse of synergistic property are realized and lead to incremental innovations. The senior management of the organization should provide the necessary premises for the synergy of innovations and staff geniuses that are essential for the survival and sustainability of the organization.

Abstract: 

One of the areas associated with the administration of the state and society is the governance that governs the general direction of a society. It is necessary to have a pattern of governance and governance proportional to the values of each society, which is indispensable. It is necessary to determine the pattern of governance of any society in accordance with the values and culture of that society. In Islamic sources, special attention has been paid to governance and goverment. The purpose of this research is to identify the components of Islamic governance, based on research carried out in this field. The research method is qualitative, which is based on the method of Meta-Synthesis. Based on research carried out in this regard, the findings of this study indicate that justice, poverty reduction and welfare in Islamic governance is important if Western accountability and participation are important. This shows that the pattern of Islamic governance differs fundamentally from Western governance.

Abstract: 

Most management scholars consider the most important reason for the inefficiency of performance management in the public sector to be due to the lack of an optimal performance management. To this end, with the aim of designing a performance management model in the public sector of the country, this research was conducted in two phases of design and evaluation of the model, which was combined with a combined approach to extract the components of the model by conducting semi-structured interviews with professors and analyzing the themes of their interviews. The model was designed in a qualitative Method. Using the data collected in this section and the exploration of exploratory components, the model was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. In the quantitative stage, to evaluate the managers and experts of the ministry and the staff of the performance appraisal offices of 20 ministries and national organizations and 31 provincial departments of the former management and planning organization without sampling, the model was assessed through five indicators of simplicity, ease of use, applicability, comprehensiveness and Validity, accuracy and innovation were assessed using a standard questionnaire. According to the findings of this research, Model around politics and policies, and effective actors; Besides determining outcomes or immediate results, mediating, final, and ultimately the strategic outcomes of each actor's action while paying attention to the components and relationships between these sectors.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to develop future scenario for development E-services of Social Security Organization in more than 10 years. The study recognized the main uncertainties in this area according GNB method and critical success factors and considering experts ideas. The population is 20 experts of social security organization. The present research is the kind of hybrid. To gathers data, questionnaire, documents survey, and expertise panel was used. To evaluate the validity and reliability of questionnaire respectively experts and Cranach’s Alpha was used. Four scenarios were extracted by define two uncertainties “public investment in case of infrastructure and human resource” and “interaction at different levels of the system” as the main axis of scripting. In the following research using DEMATEL and bases on the opinion of experts, established causal relationship between strategic goals which was classified in four perspectives of BSC and the strategy map of development of E-Services Social Security Organization was drawn. This research was supported by Social Security Organization Research Institute.

Abstract: 

Good governance is a topic, which has attracted the attention of many scientists over the past two decades. Researchers have defined good governance with different approaches, dimensions and goals. But given the complexity of governance, it is necessary to look at different dimensions of this category and try to explain this concept in separate dimensions and examine it. Accordingly, the present study seeks to examine the relationship between rthical leadership and the realization of good governance in an organization, and attempts to test the relationship between ethical leadership and good governance. The statistical population of the study was 291 employees of Tehran municipality. Data analysis was performed using correlation test and structural equation model. Findings of the research showed that dimensions of ethical leadership with different aspects of good governance have a meaningful relationship, and it should be said that always adjusting activities in the ethical framework, honesty and accuracy, trust and efforts to promote employees in the organization, illustrate some aspects of good governance such as Transparency, promotion of values and accountability.

Abstract: 

This research explains the relationship between administrative corruption and entrepreneurship development. The statistical population of the research includes 79 countries selected from GEM members. The type of study is descriptive and data of this research has been gathered from the institute of Transparency International (TI) and the Global Entrepreneurship Development Institute (GEDI) among the Years (2011-2015). The results of the research indicate that whatever the corruption index of countries has been reduced and moves toward cleanness, the amount of the countries' entrepreneurship has been increased and there is a negative and significant relation between the corruption and entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Maintenance of human resources is fundamental mission of any organization. In this regard, participation in organizational decision making is an important component to maintain Qualified staffing. Today, organizations try to create an democratic climate that support of workplace freedom of speech. If there is the democratic climate in the organization, then employees feel proud for membership of the organization and Organizational values to be internalized. Hence the statement worthwhile and different ideas and opinions to improve and evolve the organization's responsibility. This study aimed to investigate the role of moderator in the relationship between freedom of expression and dissent corporate identity of the organization that carried out. To achieve this, staff in medical university as population and based on Cochran formula, 386 samples have been determined. Structural equation modeling to test hypotheses through Amos software, shows that 76 percent of corporate identity can impact on organizational dissent. The results of the interaction between freedom of expression and the role of moderator in the relationship between corporate identity and organizational dissent confirmed.
