Abstract

In the 21st century, creation of strategic business advantage requires adopting a new type of organization Which is Capable of Knowledge creation to maximize Strategic success and organizational Competitiveness. This research, intends to identify EFFECTIVE CONCEPTS in designing knowledge-based organization with due attention to forecasted strategy in the NATIONAL MEDIA vision as well as the necessity of transforming NATIONAL MEDIA into a knowledge.-based organization. For this Purpose, in this developmental-applied research the concepts were extracted and then, It was examined and put into Consensus by 40 academic elite and NATIONAL MEDIA experts in IRIB environment through Delphi method (20 academic elite and 20 NATIONAL MEDIA experts) 22 concepts of core of KNOWLEDGE- BASED ORGANIZATION derived from literature of Subject and through applying three times Surveying approaches as well as adding 4 new concepts which a total of 26 concepts/ variables as an ultimate dimensions of knowledge-based organization in IRIB which were Put into Consensus of Delphi panel members. The findings confirm that in the opinion of Delphi Panel Members, the knowledge-based perspective and objectives, knowledge sharing culture, knowledge-oriented strategy and knowledge management system had the major effect, and the decentralized structure with low formality and without borders, knowledge-oriented evaluation and control, and occupational culture in the media environment had the minor effect on making the NATIONAL MEDIA a knowledge-based organization.
