The reliability of the tool was calculated by Cronbach's alpha and its value was 0. 81. The validity of the components of this questionnaire was verified by confirmatory factor analysis. To test the hypotheses, mean and structural equation models were used for multivariate regression. Findings: The findings of this study indicate that Organizational Structure has a direct effect (0. 61%) and has an indirect effect on the employees' Effectiveness through an Organizational Trust (0. 41%). Also, Organizational Structure can predict 71% of Organizational Trust changes. Results: The results of the research showed that the direct and indirect effects of Organizational Structure on the Effectiveness of police personnel suggests that not only structural components and indices should be strengthened to enhance the Effectiveness of police personnel in their legal tasks, but also to strengthen variables such as Organizational Trust that has entered into this study as an intermediary variable should be considered, revised and strengthened, because by reinforcing Organizational Trust indices, the indirect effect of the structure and the direct effect of Organizational Trust on the Effectiveness of employees can be increased.
