Abstract

The ongoing age is characterized by the fast-growing science and technology, severe competition and development of knowledge-based products. In this age, knowledge management as an inevitable, reliable and dynamic path could play a strategic leadership role in such a way that the role in the NATIONAL TREASURY, due to presence in all aspects of management and execution, finds a high significance. Accordingly, this paper examines the impact of SHARING KNOWLEDGE on promoting the NATIONAL TREASURY's performance to identify the factors which lead to better performance of the motioned organization. Doing so, it selects the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs (the Deputy of State Treasury and Financial Supervision), uses Simple Random Sampling and then gathers Data through questionnaire and survey. The results brought out by Descriptive Statistics and Binominal Test endorse the main and peripheral hypotheses. Eventually, it could be concluded that by SHARING KNOWLEDGE and using personal, organizational, technological and managerial factors, a better performance could be expected from the NATIONAL TREASURY.
