Abstract

EFQM is the best experienced methods that link different Resources of organization andmake systematic relationship between them and improved organization processes to fulfillresults and quality. But one of the most important issues related to internal and externalhuman resources, is SOCIAL CAPITAL. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of socialcapital in the effectiveness of the system ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE implementation. Thepopulation of the research is the Electricity Distribution Company employees of Qomprovince. This paper has applied purpose and uses descriptive method. Research tool isSocial capital standard questionnaire and questionnaire of efficiency of the organizationalexcellence system implementation that is made by researcher. The validity of bothquestionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts. The results show that socialcapital and its components have a positive correlation with all aspects of excellenceeffectiveness and cognitive aspect of SOCIAL CAPITAL/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIAL CAPITAL can predict theeffectiveness of excellence.
