Title

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION AND PRODUCTIVITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN IRAN PHYSICAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION

Abstract

 Skillful manpower is the most important resource in contemporary sport management. In spite of having enormous resources, many sources, because of lack of qualified skillful people, cannot develop their organization. In recent years, many researchers are interested to study relationship between PRODUCTIVITY and work quality. PRODUCTIVITY is categorized to four levels: 1. Personal PRODUCTIVITY, 2. Organizational PRODUCTIVITY, 3. Sectional PRODUCTIVITY, 4. National PRODUCTIVITY. The aim of this study was to focus on personal PRODUCTIVITY in PHYSICAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION which is problematic in relation to MOTIVATION and manpower PRODUCTIVITY in the organization. Three factors of MOTIVATION has been concerned and evaluated by questionnaires: 1. Personal affairs, 2. Environmental issues, 3. Work nature issues. Data were collected and analyzed (SPSS/10), from 284 responses through three questionnaires of MOTIVATION and PRODUCTIVITY. Results showed a significant relationship between personal affairs and PRODUCTIVITY. Also, there was significant relationship between increasing the environmental factors and PRODUCTIVITY, and work nature end manpower PRODUCTIVITY.
