Abstract

 Health is defined as the attainment of complete physical) mental and social wellbeing and should not be refered merely as the absence of diseases. The main goal of health care is to alleviate physical and mental distress of the patients and to promote their- health to enable them to enjoy a healthy, productive and quality LIFE. In our country, health care delivery system has achieved outstanding success but regarding the quality of LIFE we are technically, Skill wise and in assessment in a very early stages.This article is trying to define quality of LIFE and to elaborate on its assessment tools and application.I hope study of this article opens an entrance to this very important subject.
