Most of midwives offered motivating to improve PRECONCEPTION CARE, and mentioned lack of adequate opportunity to provide PRECONCEPTION CARE as current problems of it. According to One-Way ANOVA and independent t-test, there were no significant relationship between ATTITUDEs and demographic factors. Conclusion: Based on the results midwives had a good ATTITUDE toward PRECONCEPTION CARE.
