Abstract

Education and Learning is a right available to Children and Teenagers to have a good realization at their rights. By education Children can go beyond the poverty culture and by acquiring skills could get the spiritual values, have a fortunate life. The purpose of this paper is identifying of this right of Children and Teenagers in the strategy of International Documents and regulations of Iran. The current paper is using description-analytic method as well as digital-library sources. One of the fundamental human rights of policy makers, education and learning of Children and Teenagers, so that by exercising this right, they can re-enact socially and accept responsibilities, be effective citizens in the development of national and international societies. Educational rights of Children and Teenagers, in Convention against Discrimination in Education and World Conference on Education for All has been identified. But in the Feasibilities of Education & Supporting Law of Children and Teenagers and Act for the Protection of Children & Teenagers, is guaranteed by incomplete strategies.
