From “Top Talent” to” Scientific Authority”: New Conceptualization at the Academic Support Context

Abstract

 Background and objective: The economic growth and the well-being of nations depend on their human capital. Human capital is made up of talented learners, and training them to achieve Scientific authority requires management and strategic planning. We aimed to define the steps for attaining Scientific authority at the individual level. We also mention examples of how universities can work to nurture gifted students so that they can be promoted to a higher level of reference and authority. Methods and Materials: This study was performed using qualitative research model building. Results: Personal growth was divided into five categories. Talent is defined as God-given intelligence alongside providing the basis for strengthening it during education. We use the term “ expert” to refer to a person who has excellent individual skills and system support. An expert who can create superior service under certain conditions is defined as an elite. Leaders provide the ground for others to benefit from their knowledge and skills. In this category, the formation of poles and leadership in science and knowledge are discussed. If individual excellence and unity are known and respected by others, the individual has reached the level of Scientific authority. At this level, ethics and professionalism become very important. Because knowledge and science are the products of higher education, policymakers and university administrators plan in such a way that, in a supportive context, talented individuals can take steps toward scientific growth based on their own efforts. Conclusion: In this study, we have drawn up a conceptual model that illustrates the path of individual development and explain related words well at every level. Based on the proposed model, each person in the higher education system, while acquiring experience and knowledge in the relevant field and specialization, can adorn himself with qualities that, in addition to successful influence in society and outside the country, will remain immortal so that future generations can be proud of his presence in the country. It also mentions the ways in which the field of education and development is developing in the universities of the country.
