The research data have been gathered by means of Cited Reference Search in ISI WEB OF SCIENCE, and the data have been analyzed by SPSS 16. Finally, after studying 2953 journals from DOAJ, it was clarified that 321 journals (10.87%) received citations, and the total citations which allocated to these journals were 19050.
