Title

A Model of Factors Influencing Innovation in a Military Organization

Pages

  213-235

Abstract

Background and Aim: The main purpose of this research is to provide an Innovation model for the Deputy of Planning in an organization as a system at the individual, group, organizational and environmental levels. To achieve this goal, research in the field of Innovation, the current state of Planning and organization Planning was reviewed and analyzed. Method: The present research utilized a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of approach and is applied in terms of purpose. It is also descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, which is based on correlation method and specifically based on confirmatory factor analysis and modeling of structural equations. In the qualitative section, a semi-constructed interview with 6 specialized experts was used to localize the conceptual model of the research. In the quantitative section, the statistical population was the staff of Planning organization that was selected by stratified sampling method. Finally, 250 closed-ended questionnaires were distributed in different sections of the Planning organization, taking into account the appropriate allocation method. To perform data analysis of S software. P. L. S and laser were used. The Cronbach's alpha value of the questionnaire was 0. 951. Results: The final research model consisted of 5 factors, 18 components and 116 indicators, classification and prioritization. The results of the structural study in the final model show that the individual factor (employees) directly and the environmental, organizational and group factors indirectly affect Innovation. Conclusion: The results of the measurement model show that all the hypotheses of this model have been confirmed and each of the variables significantly measures the relevant factors. It can be concluded that the proposed model is compatible with the design and Planning features of the organization and will be a reliable model.
