Abstract

Background and objectives The present study has been conducted aiming at investigating the status quo and evaluating the effectiveness of educational-training course (Nasim Ma'aref Project 2) in improving the situation of religious-moral dimensions, Islamic Spirituality and behavior among the employees of Sistan and Baluchistan province and comparing it with Nasim Maaref Project 1 in Mazandaran province. Methodology In order to achieve the research goals, the research tool was designed by the researcher. In the study of the status quo the research method was in the form of a survey and in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training-educational course of insightfulness of the leaders the pre-test post-test experimental design with the control group was employed. The statistical population was the total number of employees of Ideological-Political Organization of I. R. I. Police in Sistan and Baluchistan province and Mazandaran province, among which 1000 individuals from the first province and 1000 individuals from the second province were selected and also their direct officials were selected completed the research tool in the two stages of pre-test and post-test of the implementation of the Knowledge-promotion plan of the leaders (Nasim Ma'arefet Project 1 and 2). Findings and results The study of the current situation in Sistan and Baluchistan province showed that the average number of the components studied in the current situation was 80 points out of 100 points in terms of employees and 82. 8 points in terms of their direct supervisors. The average of the three dimensions of the study, including the religious-moral dimension, the Islamic spiritual dimension, and the behavioral dimension, in the employees' viewpoints are 81. 9, 84. 8, and 73. 9, respectively, and their direct supervisors are 83. 7, 84, and 80. 5, respectively. A comparison of the results of Nasim Ma'arefat projects 1 and 2 showed that the improvement rate in Sistan and Baluchistan province is 24% and in Mazandaran province is 12%. Comparing the results of Nasim Ma'arefat project in Mazandaran province and Sistan and Baluchistan province showed that Nasim Ma'arefat project in Sistan and Baluchistan province has been more successful than Mazandaran province and has covered many of its weaknesses.
