Abstract

Introduction: EWING'S SARCOMA is a distinctive primary malignant tumor of bone that is composed of small undifferentiated round cells of uncertain histogenesis. 4% of cases involve craniofacial bone, and 1% is seen in jaws.Case report: The patient was a 16 years old girl that referred for a NODULE in the SOFT TISSUE of vestibule near the roots of canine and premolar of MAXILLA, with bone invasion. Diagnostic procedures until final diagnosis and treatment of this case have been reported.Conclusion: Ewing Sarcoma is occurred in 90% of cases between 5 to 30 years and average of patients with head and neck involvement is 11 years. Most of jaw lesions are localized in ramus and few cases have been reported in MAXILLA. Rare SOFT TISSUE cases of EWING'S SARCOMA have also been reported. In related report, the features of this case have been compared with previous studies.
