Abstract

Spontaneous Dissection of a Coronary artery Can Cause MI and Sudden death. Two-thirds of the described Cases have occurred in women, and one half of these were associated with the Post partum State. The LAD is the most frequently involved artery. This report is about a case of UNSTABLE ANGINA Due to Spontaneous Coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is detected in Coronary Angiography.
