Abstract

Lymphoma particularly HODJKIN LYMPHOMA/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">NON-HODJKIN LYMPHOMA (NHL) in head and neck have different manifestations and in many times may be misleading. We present a patient, which initially hqve operated with a diagnosis of chronic DACRYOCYSTITIS. (Dacroyocystectomy), and then cervical lymphadenopathy and facial subcutaneous nodules appeared and fistulae. We have considered other clinical diagnosis such as T.B, mycosis and bacterial infections. Thus many clinical investigation have been performed, that these leading to the final diagnosis of lymphoma.
