Abstract

Hemophagocytic syndrom due to LEPTOSPIROSIS, LEPTOSPIROSIS is a zoonotic disease with world wide distribution. The etiodogic agent is a sproche trasmitted to human by direct contact with infected animals or indirectly by contaminated water, food or soild. In this article we report case of LEPTOSPIROSIS diagnosed by positive urin smear and culture. The important finding was hemophagocytosis. Phenomenon in bone marrow enamimation of the patient. He was treated successfully with autilsio and steroid, Without any ongoing complication.
