Abstract

In COMMUNICATION.process, NURSE MANAGERS must be able commuuicateidea, opinion, request and direction effectively to coworkers.They must choosesuitable COMMUNICATION.s ways with remove practical complications. This descriptive - crossectional study was conducted to identify the ways of COMMUNICATION. performedby NURSE MANAGERS Medical educationand health. with nursing personal in hospital wards of senices university "in the stat of Hamedan. The population of this study were all NURSE MANAGERS in hospital wards., Whichincluded 41 nurse managers. The tool was a two part questionare, in the first part sixquestions were posed, the collect information on the personel characteristics andsecond part measured PERFORMANCE.of matter, posing twenty questions.Higher level of good PERFORMANCE.was in writing COMMUNICATION.85.4%, several wayCOMMUNICATION. 80.5%, Lateral communcation 78.1% and low level of goodPERFORMANCE.was in vertical COMMUNICATION.9.8%. In NURSE MANAGERS principal activity is to communicate information, idea, opinion andattitudes to others which performe snitible COMMUNICATION.s ways. In conclusion facUate work, optimaize quality of nursing care andincreasc motivation and satisfaction.
