Abstract

Introduction: All of the LEGAL systems emphasize on the right of human life, if it has been remonstrated without any law justification, the executors of criminal justice shall enterprise with any possibilities with respect to crime discovery, administration of justice and finally do the justice. One of the methods of achievement to discover the truth is using from information and thoughts of specialists about this matter. In present essay LEGAL MEDICINE is the importance one that pays attention to the role of LEGAL MEDICINEs in examination about corpses in base of principle of criminal procedure.Discussion: The task of LEGAL MEDICINEs in EXAMINATION OF CORPSES, having proficiency in referral order, declaration of their ideas in determinate time, referral primacy to LEGAL MEDICINEs in respect of the other physicians and ... are cases which have been pointed in different clauses in CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE. Even though the basis of attention to thoughts of this group of specialists between lawyers and jurists is base of their specialist assessment, a particular reason or injunction of witness and influences assembles in those ideas. Conclusion: LEGAL MEDICINEs have peculiar place in basis of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE and specifying the terms for doing the tasks have any negative effect on their role in criminal proceedings process. Most of the time destination of the accused specifies with LEGAL MEDICINE s thoughts. LEGAL MEDICINEs help as an executive arm of the police and judicial officials for truth discovery. This LEGAL with any basis emphasizes on primacy use of judgment from LEGAL MEDICINEs in EXAMINATION OF CORPSES and just lack of LEGAL MEDICINE or nonattendance of he/she or having no skill in referral matter shall be authorized to the other physicians.
