Abstract

This report is about a seventy year old woman with abrupt PARAPLEGIA a week before admission. She had dysphagia for 3-4 months and also upper motot neuron sign in admission.She had a rare case of ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA by radiology, endoscopy and pathologic findings. There is a rare case of tumoral infiltration from esophagus directly to thoracic vertebral column (T10) in MRI.
