Abstract

 This article has been written to clarifythe meaningsof the expression of moral and social responsibility and to show its evidents in educational administration. While the article articulated the necessityand importance of moral and social responsibility,the individual and social roots of it and its effects on individual and society has been discussed. Besides surveying different factors of moral and social responsibility like the impacts of the individual personality characteristics on decision-makings, compatibility between decisions and a certain culture, and how decisions are affected by perceptions and values of individual;the Justice, caring and critical aspects of moral and social responsibilities have been explaind. the Justice aspect has focused on how educational organizations administration, decision-making, alloocation of resources and equal opportunities are fulfilled. The critical aspect refers to concentration of power, qualification of those who manage the educational systemand how social classesdevelop. The caring factor has concentrated on humanistic aspects of administration behavior, needs satisfaction and maintaining of human values. The article has evaluated the current methods of education related to moral and social.responsibility.At the end, the article has suggested some solutions to improve the state of moral and social responsibilitiesin educationalorganizations.
