Abstract

Introduction: CORRUPTION, as a socialharm in all society caused to decreaseeconomic growth, increase class gap andpoverty, decline of social capital andreduce the legitimacy of the government. On the other hand combating CORRUPTIONcould play an important role in the optimalallocation of resources, increasinginvestment, employment and general wellbeing, and increases people's trust to thegovernment. The lack of administrativehealth or CORRUPTION as a major threat toeconomic stability can be an obstacle todevelop and progress the economic growthin any society and it has undesirable effectson the economic development particularlyin open economies. On the other handmisdirection of talent, potential and actualhuman resources to incorrect activities forachieving easy incomes pull the countryinto recession in all dimensions. The aim ofthis study is to investigate the social factorswhich cause to the CORRUPTION in stateorganizations and after that will present thebest ways to prevent these injury. ....
