 The position of our Ummah, today, requires an attentive study, an accurate plan, and a perfect strategy that may enable it to get out of the crisis of disruption and splitting, which has led it to the present weakness.ln view of the fact that takfeer (accusing others of disbelief) is one of the greatest factors of discord and dissension, l have made it the subject matter of my research as a humble contribution, on which we can rely to seek for the solutions of the problems
