Abstract

 This study explored the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE, SELF-REGULATION, reinforcement, expectancy, JOB SELF-EFFICACY, JOB CONTROL and GOAL-SETTING with organizational citizenship behavior. The sample consisted of 250 employees of Islamic Azad who were selected via a cluster sampling method. Simple and multiple correlations were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there is significant and positive correlation between all antecedent variables with organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results showed that SELF-REGULATION, JOB CONTROL and GOAL-SETTING had the most important role in prediction organizational citizenship behavior and its facets.
