Abstract

 Aims: The goal of this study was to confirm the Herzberg Motivation Job Model for health workers in the health military organizations of IRAN.Methods: This study is an analytical study in which 600 health workers have participated through ratio stratified sample. The motivational factors have been investigated through the Herzberg two-factor theory. In order to analyze data, a confirmatory factor analysis approach using the SPSS version 18.0 and the Amos Software were used.Results: Finally, in hygiene dimensions, salaries and working conditions (0.80) had the highest regression weight or effect, and personalized interactions had the lowest regression weight. Between the motivational dimension factors, the nature of responsibilities (0.89) had the highest regression weight or effect and successful doing of duties had the lowest regression weight (0.59).Conclusion: With regards to the final models, we can conclude that in order to provide motivation, hospitals must have a particular interest to the salaries and working conditions, duties and responsibilities.
