Abstract

Pesticide poisons and all other chemical materials used for improving quality and quantity of agricultural products have a residue on the said products that is harmful and have bad effect for users, While the scale is more than the normal level of "MRL".In this research cucumber with the priority of daily harvest and multi - using was selected among the agricultural products, and cholorinated and phosphorus poisons on farms was measured. The samples of cucumber on trucks entering fruits and vegetables selling area of Tehran city in the first and middle two - days of each months and by chromatography gas method were measured.The rest of thirteen PESTICIDEs cholorinated and seven poisons phosphorus were identified on the samples. Aldrine PESTICIDE among oregano phosphorus poisons and malathion PESTICIDE had shown the most residue among organophosporus poisons. Comparing between them the "Codex" table was used. The rest of cholorinated POISONS RESIDUE on cucumber product that is not of the legal poisons of the country needs another research. Since the research is planned For administration of controlling and caring over POISONS RESIDUE amount of agricultural products, then it has shown the faults, weakness and administration needs of POISONS RESIDUE measuring as a health duty.Need for organizational known coaprations of different sections in the ministry of agriculture and health, and technical and supportive deficiencies are of the said factors.
