THE SURVEY OF MANAGERS VIEWS ON THE EXISTING PROBLEMS OF HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVICES AND THE ROLE OF CONTINUAL EDUCATION ON SOLVING THE PROBLEMS

Abstract

 This research is a descriptive study and sectional one that survey the MANAGERS and chieves views on the existing problems of treatment and health services and the role of CONTINUAL EDUCATION on solving these problems in the year 1379 in Gonabad medical college. The research sample was the MANAGERS and chives working and managing their personnel’s. The data was collected by a questionnaire containing three sections of the existing problems, the role of CONTINUAL EDUCATION on solving these problems and the proper method of solving. To provide the questionnaires and plan the basic principles of the research, at first a basic study primarily was done about collecting the data on the problems being existed in the area.The results of the research shows numerous and different findings that the most important are as follows.46% of the MANAGERS and chieves know their working duties 12% of the samples had not any experts staffs. 49% of the samples had been offered only half of the management responsibility. 44% of them have said that there is a complete relationship between their work and their skills and 5% had not mentioned any relationship. In another item 22% of the MANAGERS and chieves had mentioned that CONTINUAL EDUCATION was completely (100%) effective on the staffs satisfaction from their job.In the second section of the open questions about 95% of the samples had mentiond effective the role of CONTINUAL EDUCATION and useful in relation with any problems to solve it. In the third section of the questions on offering the education methods from the samples views, the short term education with 30.1% was the most offered method and self-learning with 0% was the least one. At last the common problems offered by the samples were:a. The shortage of the expert and educated personnel and staffs in all fields and researches too.b. Having no interest, motivation, skills and enough efficiency among the staffs.c. Lack of coordination between all sections and treatment and health centers.
