Abstract

Brucellosis is one of the health Problems in the developing countries that makes a lot of economic problems on animal husbandry industry and health section. From geographical pathology the north of khorasan State and especially DARAGAZ city and MianKooh region are from hyperendemic brucellosis area due to many catteles there. According to research condition and to test it, WRIGHT TEST, KNOWLEDGE and function of Miankoon Society in DARAGAZ was done on brucellosis.In this descriptive study 731 samples were selected randomly in a simple method.And then a questionnaire of three sections of demographic in formation, KNOWLEDGE and functional information was completed from the samples by individuals, and some blood supp ling from them for WRIGHT TEST, the questions were marked up to 20, classified as follows.Less than 1010-1414-1717-20Weak KNOWLEDGEaverage KNOWLEDGEgood KNOWLEDGEhigh KNOWLEDGEand for functionLess than 10 Weak function10-15 averagefunction15-20 good functionThe results showed that between brucellosis and KNOWLEDGE of the individuals there is no meaningful relationship (P= 0.999 DF=3 X2= 17.83). There is no meaningful relationship between KNOWLEDGE and individuals function (P= 0.999 DF=6 X2= 166) and there is no meaningful relationship between WRIGHT TEST results and sexuality. (P= 0.999 DF=4 X2= 25.2) Since there was no relationship between KNOWLEDGE and function in this study, then teachers should use special teaching methods more emphasized on skills.
