Abstract

This is empirical evaluation of the effects of Mutual understanding of Gender Essence TRAINING on Famale's ATTITUDE (18 to 24) of Jihad center students of Shiraz toward MATE SELECTION. Thirty Students were chosen randomly and located in two groups (group1, based on Angelis's Principals, and Doctrines TRAINING and group Control). This study's hypothesis is: Mutual understanding of Gender Essence TRAINING effect on Females' .ATTITUDE (18 to 24) toward MATE SELECTION.Subjects participated in 8, sessions of 2 hours. MATE SELECTION Scale (AMSS), is a reliable and valid in Iran. Pre - test and pos t- test were conducted. This scale has 75 items, and 9 subscales. Total scores ranged from 75 to 300. Lower score indicate that the subjects have more positive ATTITUDE toward MATE SELECTION. One -way analyses was conducted. Following are the results:1-Mutual understanding of Gender Essence TRAINING influenced Females' ATTITUDE toward MATE SELECTION.2 -Training influenced subscalesl, 6, 7 and 9.
