Abstract

Different antibiotics are commonly injected in hospitals and clinics that can cause allergic side effects which varies from mild allergic reactions such as urticaria and flushing of skin to suddenly attack of Anaphylaxis.This complication has a low prevalence but it's very dangerous and fatal. Using Medline, no case or report of ANAPHYLAXIS due to CEFTIZOXIME could be found so it was the first time that a case such as this observed and treated successfully without any problem.More details about this case such as its symptoms, its relations to mediators of reactions, cardiovascular and respiratory changes are discussed in the full article, as well as the standard principals and manner of injecting and guides for fast treatment are explained.
