Abstract

SPONDYLOCOSTAL DISPLASIA syndrome is a rare genetic disorder manifested in recessive autosomal form with etiologically heterogeneous Clinical picture consisting of shortened trunk, protruded belly and Various vertebral, costal and cardiovascular anomalies. A four-month-old male infant is reported who is suffering from tackypnea, tenseness, intermittent cyanosis, vertebral and costal anomalies, short limbs in proximal parts with cardiac disorder.
