Abstract

Although many studies and researches have done under SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT domain and its performance from many aspects, PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT issues at this field of knowledge can be developed from some viewpoint like: selection process of appropriate and relevant measures, mathematical techniques of assessment and accessibility to furthered usage virtue of computation Procedures. At SCM some Drawbacks Influences efficiency and effectiveness of PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT systems, in this paper we intent to cover and answer to these Deficiencies with a general multi layer framework which is based on two approaches for SCM PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT, these are: effectiveness of SCM strategic goals and consent meet of facilities in supply chain. Also appropriate measures determine and investigate with new nominate EVIDENCE METHODOLOGY. This technique is based on consideration of SCM strategic goals evidence and also CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR determination at each echelon of supply chain.
