Abstract

Position of national development for the national economy, not merely an ideal but is available, But the need to promote the awareness and national commitment. REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT and identifying potential and actual processes of economic development in recent years more attention and the knowledge economy (knowledge economy base) based on science and technology development path is based.
