Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of conflict resolution styles in predicting women's Life Satisfaction mediated by Happiness. This is a descriptive study using correlational method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all Married Women in Mashhad within a sample of 200 people who were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected useing Diener's Life Satisfaction Questionnaire, Rahim Organizational Conflict inventory (ROCI-II) and Munsh Happiness Scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and path analysis. The results show a significant correlation between Conflict Management Styles and Life Satisfaction with mediating role of Happiness. Conflict Management Styles affecte the Life Satisfaction directly and through Happiness indirectly. The integrated style dominant and avoidant styles show significant relationship with Life Satisfaction.
