Abstract

The present study aims at the internal and external accreditating of inservice educational centers of Islamic Azad Universities, Zone 10. It has ranked the phases of inservice educational activities (ACCREDITATION, PLANNING, performance and EVALUATION) in zone 10, in order to specify the sufficiency of inservice educational centers. The method of research is descriptive, its purpose is applied, and its IMPLEMENTATION is descriptive and survey type. Statistical population consist of 2600 staff, faculty members and managers of all branches of Zone 10. Using stratified random sampling, and based on Q test, 324 people were selected as research sample. In order to collec data, a researcher-made questionnaire with the reliability of 0.87 was used. The results showed that: assessment was %75, PLANNING was %77, performance was %78, and EVALUATION was %80. In order to analyze the data, T and F tests (ANOVA) and Scheffe test (L.S.D) were employed. The results showed that there is a significant difference between averages of sufficiency number in observance of ACCREDITATION principles in different branches. And the performance phase has the most sufficiency. Shahrood Branch is in the first place concerning the sufficiency number in observance of ACCREDITATION principles and Gorgan, and Minou Dasht Branches are in the second and third place respectivel.
