Abstract

This study aimed to survey the status of the basis of knowledge management in Mazandaran, Gilan, Tehran, Tarbiyat Modarres and Ferdowsi Universities. The researchers surveyed the MANAGERIAL, organizational culture and technical factors in this paper. This is a descriptive and cross-sectional research study. The study population includes all the members of teaching departments of selected-universities. Using a classified random sampling, the data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire among the 390 subjects of the academic staff of selected-universities. SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.5 were used for statistical analysis. The results of research showed that there was not any problem regarding technical basis in selected universities (except Mazandaran and Gylan Universities). But, concerning the factors like, MANAGERIAL and organizational culture, the results showed that all selected universities aere below the mean.
