STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS ON MANPOWER CAPABILITY IN DEVELOPMENT DEPUTY OF MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE JIHAD

Abstract

 Human being has an important role in the CAPABILITY of an organization. This research studied the effective organizational factors on personnel’s CAPABILITY in Manpower in the Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad in 2010-2011. This study was applied, and the data were collected by questionnaire. The population consisted of 400 experts and directors of Central Headquarters of Development Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad. The research sample consisted of 112 subjects who were selected by random sampling. The major tool was a questionnaire, and the AMOS 5 and SPSS19 were used for data analysis. The results showed that one of the factors for CAPABILITY of manpower recourse is COMMUNICATION. There was a positive correlation between the given variables; they had the most effects on the CAPABILITY. The corporation management factor had the low correlation with human resources CAPABILITY. The factors of authority cession, sufficiency, and reward basis on application did not have correlation with human resources CAPABILITY. Also, it was shown that personnel believed that the effective feeling and the feeling of relying on others are so important in comparison to other factors. These factors had the 45.6% of total variance of CAPABILITY.
