Abstract: 

Whatever is in the skies and on the earth are worshiping Allah who is the knowledgeable, powerful, and pure king (Jome Sura, Verse one). Among all worshipers of Allah, how is it possible for human being, who is the best creature of all, to remain indifferent? The purpose of the study is to investigate human being’s need to say his prayers and the effect of prayers on economic health. In the first step, the key words of prayers, health, economics, and economic health are discussed. Then, the beautiful aspect of saying prayers, i.e., the spirit of fighting against evil deeds, and avoiding forbidden actions, are investigated by studying Holy Quran and Sacred figures’ words.According to Islamic teaching, is wealth and property something positive or negative.This is discussed in the study. The other point is unlawful or Haram revenues, and occupations according to Islamic values.

Abstract: 

Human being has an important role in the capability of an organization. This research studied the effective organizational factors on personnel’s capability in Manpower in the Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad in 2010-2011. This study was applied, and the data were collected by questionnaire. The population consisted of 400 experts and directors of Central Headquarters of Development Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad. The research sample consisted of 112 subjects who were selected by random sampling. The major tool was a questionnaire, and the AMOS 5 and SPSS19 were used for data analysis. The results showed that one of the factors for capability of manpower recourse is communication. There was a positive correlation between the given variables; they had the most effects on the capability. The corporation management factor had the low correlation with human resources capability. The factors of authority cession, sufficiency, and reward basis on application did not have correlation with human resources capability. Also, it was shown that personnel believed that the effective feeling and the feeling of relying on others are so important in comparison to other factors. These factors had the 45.6% of total variance of capability.

Abstract: 

In this study, the direct effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance was investigated. Besides, the indirect impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance was investigated through the mediator variable of entrepreneurial orientation. The study was applied and a descriptive survey. The population contained Tehran’s Automotive Part Manufacturers. The sample size was derived by stratified random sampling method, and Cochran formula and based on that 237 experts in auto part manufacturing industry were chosen. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling and AMOS and Smart PLS 2 softwares in two sections of measurement model and structural model. In first section, technical features of the questionnaire were checked and corrected. In second section, structural coefficients were applied for testing hypotheses. Research results indicated the positive and significant impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance, and also the significant effect of the mediator variable entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship between these two variables.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this paper was develop a fusion-model for designing the organizational structure of universities. Concept and components of various models of organizational structure and management of the university show that organizational structure is coordination instrument and can provide requirements for achieving the goals of the University. Maintaining the overall integrity of the university as an organization, facilitating relations between individuals and sectors, creating suitable context for emergence of creativity, collaboration, learning and ultimately adaptation with changes and dynamics of external environment are examples of targets that are expected the university organizational structure provide access to them. Theorists of organization propose a variety of organizational structures. Scholars of higher education who have achieved these aims, propose a variety of university models that organizational structure of them is different and special. Burton Clark (1998) believes that the appropriate organizational structure of this university must have multiple levels, and management must be strengthened at its all levels. In this regard, the results of the showed that team building, network communication, multi-layer organizational structure, multicore management and intelligence are the main components of this model, and these components affect the flexibility of university.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teaching critical thinking on university students’ achievement. The population consisted of 559 students who were conditional in one academic term out of which 84 students were chosen by random sampling. Correlation methods, according to pre-test, treatment, and post-test were one-way ANOVA and t test. The result were are as follows: (a) There is a significant correlation between the test (teaching critical thinking) and the students’ critical thinking improvement; (b) there is a significant correlation between the test and the students’ academic achievement; (c) There is no significant correlation between the sex and academic field of studies and the test.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of family factors on psychological health of the elderly in district 13 of Tehran Municipality. A questionnaire was used to collect the information which was distributed among 200 old men and women.However, only 160 subjects answered it completely. The study was to investigate: 1) the impact of family support on psychical health of the elderly; 2) the impact of economical base on psychical health of the elderly; 3) the impact of social base on psychical health of the elderly; 4) the impact of children presence at home on psychical health of the elderly, and; 5) the impact of marital status on psychical health of the elderly. In the present study, the data such as frequency statistical indices, percentage, mean were described on the first place. For analyzing the data, SPSS software was used. To answer the questions of the study, the statistical method of regression, parametric tests, variance analysis, and independent t test were deployed. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between family support, economical and social base, children presence and marital status of the elderly and their psychical health.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, by complexity environment and quick changes in technology, organizations are faced problems to achieve competitive strategies to obtain and create new knowledge in organizations. These days most of organizations are trying to achieve knowledge, then share and create. It is necessary to design a new system in the name of knowledge management. But the most important step is to recognize the effective factors for implementation of knowledge management. Although, many researchers have studied the establishment of knowledge management, but a practical model to know most important factors to perform knowledge management in higher educational institutions has not been designed. This research was done in the universities of Mazandaraan city. At first, effective factors to implement knowledge management system have been recognized and categorized. Then with the use of TOPSIS Fuzzy technique, as one of the criteria for decision making techniques all factors were ranked. The results of research showed that the factors such as employing people on the basis of knowledge competency and designing of suitable mechanism for knowledge evaluation with 0.55 and 0.51 scores had the highest effect on accomplishent of knowledge management.

Abstract: 

The role of science and information technology is an important subject in functional evaluation for universities. So, in the present competitive complex world, the organizations can not survive without control and evaluation approaches. In this process, the universities should rely on new long term innovations to optimize their goals and go forward in science and information technology. In this paper, the purpose was to explain the functions of universities, and obtain the important indexes of science and technology based on their functions. Then, regarding the functions of each university, the status of each university was investigated in each branch of Islamic Azad University in Zone 12.
