Background and Objective: Due to the nature of university education, the relationship between tutor and student is closer than other degrees, and it is of particular importance. In reviewing articles published in the reliable scientific journals, a focused research on the practical examples of honoring students, from the perspective of Islam, was not found. The purpose of this study is to explain the most important practical examples of honoring students from the perspective of Islam. Method: The present study by descriptive-analytical method, examined the sources such as the Holy Qur’ an, Nahj ol-Balaghah, Nahjal ol-Fasahah, etc. as well as recent educational research and documentation. Findings: Based on the findings of this study, in Islam, students are respected and deserve to be honored. The most important practical examples of honoring students from the perspective of Islam were explained. Conclusion: Lectures and practitioners of education, by honoring students in educational settings, could provide the basis for their potentials to be developed, nurtured and flourished.

Ali Reza Ashrafi (10 May 1964 9 January 2023) was an Iranian mathematician who worked in computational group theory and mathematical chemistry. Ashrafi was a professor at the Department of Pure Mathematics of the University of Kashan.

Due to the importance of the status and position of the teacher and the challenges that exist in honoring the dignity of the teacher, the present study reviewed the articles in order to find an answer to the question of what is the status and social base of teachers at the national and global level? The research methodology is a literature review. which reviewed the articles published between 2001-2022 from reliable information databases after removing duplicates (including over 1300 articles), and evaluating the input criteria and checking the quality of the remaining articles (35). The results showed that three dimensions of respect and influence, income and wealth, value and importance were defined for honoring the position of a teacher, and the dimension of income had more influence in the polls. The purpose of this paper is to identify the position and capabilities of the management of electronic communications in meeting needs, solving issues of organizations and people in the framework of the Plan of Honoring Clients, informing, responding, paying attention to interests, reflecting and solving the concerns, expectations and needs of the society, establishing communications and building a supreme organization. In this research, content analysis and survey were used. The results showed that the sites are not used to communicate with the clients and site hardware management has been paid more attention to than to software management. Also, results showed that respondents had less contact with the ministries through the sites. However, the expectations of electronic communications management were very high in resolving issues, meeting concerns and meeting the needs. Due to the capabilities of these facilities in providing information, the removal of sites from static to dynamic, solving the problems of visitors effectively, updating the sites to reduce the cost of the ministries and visitors and the use of trained and experienced staff in the field of electronic communications management to achieve the Plan of Honoring Clients objectives in organizations is recommended.

Justice literally means the administration of justice. In the legal term, justice is an institution that includes all organizations related to handling people's complaints and grievances. This is why the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in Article 159, introduces the judiciary as the official authority for grievances and complaints. One of the important issues in the realization of justice is how the employees of this institution deal with clients. People who have many problems and sometimes come with inappropriate mental and financial conditions. The purpose of this study was to present a model of honoring the client in Isfahan justice. In order to achieve this goal, a qualitative methodology based on the data theory method was used, including three stages of open, axial and selective coding, using the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin. In this regard, 33 in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted using theoretical sampling and then the snowball technique with staff and clients of Isfahan Justice. In order to assess the validity, the conducted interviews were evaluated several times and then the interview interpretations of the five interviewees were returned to them, which was approved. Also, in the final stages, a general summary of the face pattern. Were presented to several professors of management, culture and psychology separately, and their opinions were obtained for correction and adjustment, and finally the model designed by several professors and interviewees was seen and corrected. It was done on it. The main phenomenon of the research was called "honoring the client". Causal conditions include good manners, organizational structure and staff characteristics, intervening conditions including speed in the process and honoring employees. Optimal referral management, education and culture, and outcomes including social peace, social trust, and advancement were achieved.

Honoring the guest is one of the constituents of Islamic morality, on which Islamic traditions, Quranic verses, and books of many thinkers emphasize. A deep look at the atmospheric structure of traditional Iranian houses will reveal the special attention given by these houses to honoring and respecting the guest. The present paper aims at reviewing and analyzing the manifestation of honoring the guest, as one of the Islamic moral aspects, in the atmospheric structure of traditional Iranian houses. The research method is descriptive-analytical. First, the idea of honoring the guest has been extracted from Islamic traditions, Quranic verses and books of a number of Muslim scholars and thinkers. Then the manifestation of honoring the guest in the atmospheric structure of traditional Iranian houses has been discussed and analyzed.

The present study has been conducted to investigate the level of teachers' satisfaction with the teachers' commemoration week programs, and with the aim of providing the optimal strategies for honoring the status of teachers. It was a survey study. The research population included all the exemplary teachers (N = 8980) in the academic year 2012 up to 2017. The research sample consisted of 368 teachers of all educational levels throughout the country who were selected through cluster sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Its content validity was confirmed through interview and getting the specialists' opinions. The questionnaire's reliability was also checked by computing Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 94%) which indicated the high internal consistency and reliability of the questionnaire items. In this study, the mechanisms for selecting the exemplary teachers, the level of satisfaction with these mechanisms, the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers' commemoration week programs, and providing optimal strategies for it have been questioned from the perspective of the exemplary teachers. Findings indicated that the respondents have considered the welfare facilities and career promotion as the most important strengths and the lack of attention to the scientific promotion as the weaknesses of the teachers' commemoration week programs. The exemplary teachers were satisfied with the programs of the teacher's status commemoration headquarters, but their overall evaluation of the programs was average. According to the respondents, the first appropriate strategy could be the appreciation of the exemplary teachers in terms of the scientific promotion dimension. Paying more attention to the welfare facilities and job promotion could be the next appropriate strategies.

Introduction: Customer- centered principle in the new management theories is considered as a main direction in today's organizations, because with customers' satisfaction inside and outside of the organization, established its efficacy to organizational productivity. Honoring program as one of the reforming programs in the country has been done with customer satisfaction as its concreted bases. The aim of this study is to evaluate the honoring program comparing to customer-centered principles and fundamentals.Methods: Presented paper has been developed as literature review; using the library and internet sources, and recording and analysis direct, wide, and object authors experiences in governmental organizations. In addition to explain the objectives of honoring program, and presenting it as a customer-centered approach for country -wide official reform, we tried to clear the importance of inside costumer (employees) satisfactions, and empowering and motivating them as a prerequisite to accomplish and adapt with costumer centered principle. It is necessary to pay attention to such studies, because of being new subjects and using it in countrywide. Literature review: Most of the studies showed that human recourses is the most problematic issue in the official system due to the subject; because of lack of motivation, economical problems and their needs, conservative aspects of job and undesirable work relations. In system and method section, it has been pointed to the less costumer honoring and quality management attention to the customer honoring is the share point for all these studies, in the approval law about costumer honoring, providing the customer benefit's is Poirier on the organizations' and the service providers, which the satisfaction of the organization has been challenged because of the matter.Conclusions: Customers honoring program is a customer centered approach due to administration system reform in country, it is a must to put the inside customers in the first place by empowering, supporting and make motivations for the service providers with the practical and scientific management, so that with gaining their satisfaction, the continuing quality improvement achieve and therefore, the outside customers' satisfactions also would achieved.
